What is a digitizing agent?
A digitizing agent is any company that provides technological solutions and services that participates in the grant program of the Kit digital to help SMEs and freelancers who benefit from the aid to advance in the digitization of their businesses.
These digitizing agents sign a collaboration agreement with the company that receives the aid, committing to support and accompany them throughout the digital transformation process, applying the technological solutions that fall into one of the solution categories.
Therefore, agents are an essential pillar of this subsidy program approved by the Government at the end of 2021. Thus, SMEs and the self-employed must necessarily partner with a Digitizing Agent of your choice, to channel the economic aid that they will receive within the framework of this program.
What requirements must SMEs and the self-employed meet to receive the digital bonus?
- Be a small business, micro business or self-employed.
- Comply with the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.
- Be registered and have the minimum seniority established by call.
- Not be considered a company in crisis.
- Be up to date with tax obligations and Social Security.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
- Not incurring in any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
- Do not exceed the limit of minimis aid (small amounts).

The objective is to provide functionalities and/or services that ensure the positioning of the Beneficiary on the internet, increasing its reach of potential clients and increasing the traffic of visits to its/-s platform/-s.
